Ernie founded All Canadian Fitness in 1993, following a 5-year professional football careerin the CFL. Prior to his time in the CFL, he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Health Promotion from Purdue University where he attended on an athletic scholarship and was a 4 year letterman with the Boilermaker football team. He has also earned Certification as a Personal Trainer, Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant, Indoor Cycling Instructor and as a Medical Exercise Specialist.
Since 1993, Ernie has worked full time as a Fitness Consultant and Personal Trainer supervising over 25000 individual workouts. He has appeared on radio and television as a featured guest on City-TV's "Breakfast Television" and has been featured in ChatelaineMagazine. Ernie is also a regular guest on CHML-AM 900 radio and CHTV's @ Home show as a fitness expert. He has also lectured professionally on a variety of health and fitness related topics since 1993.
A married father of two, Ernie is active in running, weight lifting and mountain biking and is an avid guitarist with classic rock band, "Swimming to Vegas" and a voracious reader that brings uncommon energy to all of his clients.
Adam Higson- (CANFIT-PRO) Certified Personal Trainer
Adam is a CANFIT-PRO Certified Personal Trainer and an elite international athlete that brings an exciting mix of talents to All Canadian Fitness. Since 1996, he has trained a variety of individuals privately and in groups while maintaining the discipline to further his own career as a Martial Arts competitor, specializing in Muay Thai Boxing.
From 1994 to 2003, Adam has won Muay Thai and Kickboxing Championships throughout North America, including the Inter-Continental Middleweight title in 2002 that was broadcast nationally on TSN. In 2004, Adam also won TSN's "King of the Gladiators" tournament. Since then, he has competed professionally in Canada, Japan and Europe.
Adam is driven to succeed and is constantly adding to his already impressive skill set by doing Continuing Education on all aspects of health and fitness. He is passionate and respectful and is an inspiration to all that train with him. Drawing on a wealth of personal experience and from the experiences of his "students", his workouts combine many elements of fitness to create "focused yet fun" workouts that always see results.
Adam's other interests lean towards music and movies and even cooking since he has also worked as a sous-chef! His greatest asset is his ability to relate to all types of people and to help them to maximize their workout time with him.
Sheila Wynne Fung- Director of Program Development, (CANFIT- PRO) Certified Personal Trainer

In 2009, Sheila has taken over Management duties for All Canadian Fitness in terms of Program Development. She implements Community Outreach programs, designs and oversees Corporate Health and Fitness programming and she is a primary client contact and liaison.
Sheila is a CANFIT- PRO Certified Personal Trainer that brings 100% commitment to her clients. Her diverse fitness interests and pursuits have allowed her to create a positive environment where her clients can thrive and achieve their best while having fun. Because of this, she has become one of Hamilton's most in demand Fitness Professionals! She motivates participants with a variety of training principles that she has mastered while teaching "Spinning", Pilates, Stability Ball and Progressive Resistance Training classes. She has also lead high energy, challenging Cardio Kickboxing classes and has led children's karate classes.
As a Certified Personal Trainer, Sheila believes in moving clients through a series of challenges that help them to always achieve results and never hit a plateau.Her clients are usually stunned when they realize just how far they have come!
On the personal side, Sheila has earned her Black Belt in Karate and is a performing artist. She is a singer/ songwriter/ guitarist that performs original compositions in a variety of club settings.
With a degree from McMaster University in Communications and Comparative Literature that was earned with Honours and Distinction, Sheila is also a passionate reader and writer.
Rich Menna- (CANFIT-PRO) Certified Personal Trainer
Rich Menna has been described as energetic, caring, creative and "thoughtful". He is a trainer that has walked the walk as much as he has... talked the talk. He has competed as a professional boxer and has also been a coach to others as well as a fitness trainer. Known for his attention to detail, Rich was renowned for his technical prowess in the ring and he now has the ability to blend traditional fitness protocols with boxing training techniques. In 1997, Rich won the Golden Gloves Boxing Competition in Detroit, Michigan and he was also a two-time Ontario Heavyweight Champion in 1997 and 1998.
With a seamless transition from competitive athlete to Certified Fitness Professional, Rich is especially adept at designing plans that present new challenges at just the right time. His belief is that with hard work and perseverence....you can achieve anything and at the very first meeting with him, it becomes obvious that fitness and nutrition education is his life and his passion.
A Hamilton, Ontario native, Rich Menna is married and the father of a young daughter that is his pride and joy! He loves working with people, does what he loves and....loves what he does.
Bryan Smith- (CANFIT-Pro) Certified Personal Trainer
Bryan Smith is a CANFIT-Pro Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for human movement.
His experience in the sport of parcour has lead him to focus on the finer details of body mechanics and allows him to specialize in solving mobility and postural problems with a success rate that leaves his clients absolutely stunned at how good they feel.
A college degree in Computer Science and wide scope of personal interests allow him a unique perspective on fitness. He recognizes and addresses the fact that clients often have multiple fitness goals and creates programs tha factor in a busy lifestyle.
Native to NewBrunswick, Bryan has carved out a place for himself on the Hamilton fitness scene with an unfailing commitment to the success of his clients and a passion for continued learning and growth.
Bryan's passions and interests include his ongoing study of fitness training techniques along with his study of human potential and motivation techniques. He has a love of music and revels in being the father of his newborn daughter!
Roger Dunbrack, (CANFIT-Pro)- Certified Personal Trainer
Roger is retired 10-year veteran of the Canadian Football League. He played professional football for the Toronto Argonauts, Ottawa Renegades and the Hamilton Tiger- Cats from 1998- 2007. Prior to starting his football career, he earned his BA in Psychology from Western University in London, Ontario.
Following his playing career, Roger has worked as a fitness professional working with a wide variety of clients. His specialty is improving performance both for sports and for daily living. Having been a professional athlete for a decade, Roger has the unique ability to apply training techniques that he has developed from personal experience as well as from his studies.
A relentless learner, Roger is constantly adding to his knowledge base with both traditional and "outside the box" studies. Some of his continuing education has included "Advanced Strength Training Techniques" as well as "Post Rehabilitation Strength and Conditioning".
Starting in 2009, Roger will be working as the Head Strength Coach for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats. He is married with a son and outside of fitness and sports, Roger is a passionate movie-goer who loves spending time with his family.
Roseanne Provo- Director of Operations
Roseanne came to All Canadian Fitness with an extensive background in business management, bookkeeping and accounting. She has both operated her own businesses and worked in large corporate settings like Home Depot and Athlete's World. In the past Roseanne has owned and run companies in retail and private organization.
Her people skills, enthusiasm and passion are self evident upon meeting her. Roseanne's many talents range from public relations to project management, administrative duties and even carpentry, electrical and repair work.
Roseanne is fully committed to helping All Canadian Fitness grow and prosper and is excited at the prospect of using all of her talents to help ensure our future success.
As a former client of All Canadian Fitness, Roseanne remains committed to her own health and fitness. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, working on design projects and especially riding her beloved motorcycle!
Liesa Schramayr- Business Liason
Liesa is the co-founder of All Canadian Fitness and has been instrumental in our growth and development since 1992. A graphic artist by trade, Liesa has worn many hats and has performed office administrative duties, bookkeeping, design work, payroll and banking duties, public relations, marketing and even has taught cycling classes as a Reebok Certified Indoor Cycling instructor.
Liesa's outstanding intuitive and communication skills have made her a valuable asset to All Canadian Fitness for over 15 years and she will continue to be instrumental in all projects from design to implementation.
Liesa's passion is helping others and has spearheaded the charitable works that All Canadian Fitness has performed in the past and will continue to do in the future. As someone living with MS for over 10 years, Liesa is especially driven to work with the local Hamilton MS Society Chapter.
A mother of two children, Liesa is an insatiable reader and she loves travelling, listening to music and spending time with family and friends.
