Kettlebell Training

One of the hottest new fitness trends is based on a very old training method.  Kettlebell workouts are an amazing way to increase muscle tone, shape your body, help you burn fat and develop better endurance.  Either on it's own, or for variety in addition to your regular workouts, training with kettlebells is an incredible (and fun) way to get yourself into fantastic shape!  The classes are led by Certified Instructor Paula Reid.

Classes are held at The Studio on...

 Mondays at 5:30pm and 6:45pm, Thursdays at 7pm, Fridays at 5:45pm and Saturdays at 11am.

Cost is $15 per class when pre-paying for 5 weeks ($75 or $150 for the full course) or $20 per drop-in.
