All Canadian Fitness has been delivering professional personal training services since 1993.  The All Canadian Fitness Studio is a dynamic training environment where people of all fitness levels feel comfortable and thrive under professional guidance. 

Using our unique, systematic approach of “Phase Training”, our clients learn how to avoid plateaus and continually move TOWARDS their goals.
 


Our specialty is RESCUING people that are frustrated, confused and who may have tried "everything" to look and feel better.


We are also proud to provide post-rehabilitation services in partnership with Upper Ottawa Physiotherapy and since 2009, we have been the home of Adventure Boot Camp.
