At All Canadian Fitness, we believe in providing real fitness "solutions".  We realize that people don't necessarily want a Personal Trainer....  they want a RESULT!  We also recognize that people come to see us with a certain level of "frustration".  Whatever they are doing just isn't working..... or they wouldn't be coming to see us!  We take the guesswork out of reaching your fitness goals and we make things easy to understand and easy to apply.  Getting into great shape does require effort, but, it doesn't have to be confusing......  or boring!

The trainers at All Canadian Fitness are CERTIFIED, career, professionals.  We work with a common philosophy and language... and an organized system of designing fitness programs that we have developed over nearly 20 years and close to 80 000 training hours, we believe that ANYONE can improve upon their current condition and move towards their goals.  

Our clients have included world champion athletes and Olympians as well as everyday people looking simply to improve their lives.  Our strength is being able to recognize the common elements between people of different abilities and have them ALL reach higher levels of success.

All Canadian Fitness is very proud to be a provider of Post- Physiotherapy and Post- Rehab Supervised Exercise services for clients either going through physiotherapy or after completing a physiotherapy program.
