Transform!

 

Transform! is a 17 Week program designed specifically to produce measurable, often dramatic, changes in body composition and shape.  Throughout the 17 weeks, you will learn how to build muscle, how to exercise aerobically, and also how to eat in a supportive manner.  You will understand absolutely how to change your body and will also come to realize why your past efforts may have been unsuccesful.

Transform! improves your body's metabolism and creates a leaner, more fit body as it helps you to build, and maintain, lean tissue.  It also teaches you to eat in a way that is supportive of metabolism.  The program is not about deprivation or cutting back, but, about building and feeding a more efficient "fat burning machine".

You will understand why it is essential that a specific sequence occur within your training program and why simply "working out" usually does not work.  There are many good trainers and many dedicated exercisers that work out diligently while eating "right" who fail to ever see significant results.  You will understand why this occurs.  Some clients have referred to it as a "curtain opening" to reveal the absolute Basic Understandable Truth!
