Our Nutrition Consulting services are geared towards taking the mystery out of how and what to eat. We encourage clients not to diet but to eat in a way that is "supportive" of good health and metabolism. Without relying on supplements or fads, we encourage clients to meet their nutritional needs by eating the widest range of foods possible and to seek foods in the least refined state possible.
As with our Personal Training services, we begin with a consultation to determine needs, goals, likes, dislikes, limitations etc... Next, we help each client to modify their eating habits to achieve their goals in the easiest, most enjoyable way possible. Small changes can make very big differences and one of our strengths is taking theory and turning it into practical advice.
