Ernie Schramayr is a former professional football player from the CFL (1989-93).  Ernie was the 12th overall draft pick in the 1989 CFL draft for the Hamilton Tiger- Cats.  In his first year, he was a member of the Grey Cup finalists and part of the winningest single season team in Tiger- Cat history.  Prior to the 1993 season, Ernie signed with the Ottawa Rough Riders where he concluded his professional career.

Before his CFL career Ernie was a four year letterman with the Purdue Boilermakers in West Lafayette, IN where he was the only freshman to start in his class.  Ernie was also a 5 time Provincial Champion in Quebec where 2 junior teams retired his jersey number after he more than doubled the provincial rushing record and was also an All-Star punter.

Since establishing All Canadian Fitness in 1993, Ernie has been competitive in hockey, running and mountain biking and he has trained a variety of athletes from amateur up to Olympian.  His specialty is designing programs that have direct carryover to that athletes particular sport.  The training methods Ernie and All Canadian Fitness have used have been limited only by imagination!  If you are ready to really challenge yourself and make a huge difference in your game, you are ready for a Sport Specific training program.

Sheila Wynne Fung creates training programs for all sports by starting with the idea of stabilizing the Core muscles and building out from there.  As a Karate Black Belt candidate, Sheila is an incredibly disciplined fitness trainer that pays great attention to detail.  Her specialty is using her background in Martial Arts to create training programs that are fun at the same time that they are intense and producing unprecedented results.  Sheila has also competed in hockey and running.

Matteo Tino is a former goaltender for the McMaster University men's soccer team.  He has the distinct advantage of being a Kinesiology graduate and a student of Engineering.  Matteo approaches his training programs with an analytical mind.  Every aspect of the programs he designs for athletes is based on the idea of "progression" and that one victory leads to another.  Matteo gets results with his clients.  Period!
