Paul Doesburg has embarked on a strength training program for the first time in his life and has been enjoying the benefits for the past month!  In a little over 4 weeks, Paul has lost 5lbs. on the scale,  2 inches from his waist and 1 inch from his hips.  Great progress, but even more remarkably, he has increased his upper body strength by 100%!  In his initial assessment, he was able to do 16 modified pushups from his knees and upon re-testing, did 20 standard pushups from his toes!  At 61, Paul is proving that it is never too late to start changing your body.
