"After breaking my leg last year, I was worried about skiing this season. I can't believe that I was able to ski for 5 hours on saturday and 3 hours on sunday without any pain and without falling once! I could not have done it without you guys. The work we have put in at The Studio has really paid off. I can't wait for my next ski trip.

Thank you.

-Ute Repple, skiier

“Before I met Ernie at All Canadian Fitness I thought my Musical Career was over. Normal tasks such as performing, practicing and teaching were all becoming impossible because of the physical pain they would cause. For a while I thought I might have to consider a different career. But now after working with Ernie I can perform, practice and teach with ease! I feel 10 times stronger, and am hooked for life at staying fit. Thank you so much for giving me a second chance at what I’ve always wanted to do!”

"Oh My God!  I can't believe that I actually ran today!  I haven't been able to do that in the 4 years since I had to be rescued from my car by the "Jaws of Life!  Best of all, there was no pain in my hip.

When I started training with Ana at All Canadian Fitness 3 1/2 months ago I was moving and walking like an old lady.  My hip and my back were always killing me.  Some days it feels like Ana is killing me, but getting my strength and energy back make it more than worthwile.  Thank you."

Roseanne has increased her upper body strength by 350% and has improved her VO2Max (cardiac output) by 50%.  She has also progressed from limping to jogging on the treadmill.  Well done.

"Thank you so much for helping me when I was in my worst physical shape.  Following my car accident, I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to play music again.  With your guidance, planning and "tough love" not only did I recover and get back to my music, but, I actually got into the best shape of my life!  Thank you for helping me to put the pieces back together again."

"When I started working with All Canadian Fitness, I had no strength or energy.  Everyday activities were extremely challenging and doing my job was almost impossible.  Worst of all, I couldn't play the piano for more than a few minutes at a time.  My work as a music teacher was extremely limited and I was always in pain when I played.  Although my injuries from two car accidents had healed, I needed to learn how to strengthen my body and how to develop endurance without hurting myself in the process.  Ernie and his trainers showed me how to work around the challenges and over time, things improved so much that I was able to set up a studio in my home and give lessons on a full time basis.  Thank you so much."

-M.M.  Profesional music instructor, composer and performer.

"In my third week of training, I noticed that my back, which was always sore from my skating career, was no longer hurting!"

-Kelly Kirchner, 24 Bank Employee and competitive figure skater.

Hamilton City Councillor Dave Mitchell came to All Canadian Fitness following a traumatic motorcycle accident.  He had gone through a physiotherapy rehabilitation program and had made great strides, but, found that he was stuck in a rut.  Dave needed a change to his routine and needed to move into the "post rehabilitation" phase of working out.  His new routine involved indoor group studio cycling, resistance band training and strength/ circuit training.  Dave was able to lose all of the weight that he had gained while recovering from his injuries and had regained the strength that he had lost to a point that he was even able to get back to playing recreational hockey!  Dave continues to do well and especially enjoys riding his beloved Harley Davidson.
