"Just wanted to let you know that I had my PB for my 8K that I ran on the weekend. 44:17. I took almost 5 minutes off from the same race last year. I have ran the Robbie Burns race 7 years now and was ecstatic to have my best time yet. I felt really good.
I finished 18th out of 46 women in my age group!"
Thanks for helping me.

"I am a Power Cheerleader with PCT Cobras and have been training at All Canadian Fitness for the past 2 summers. The programs here have helped me improve my upper body strength, leg strength, stamina and flexibility. This summer my focus was on developing more powerful jumps and the results I've achieved through the program designed by Andrew have been impressive. My Power Cheerleading Coach has noticed a difference and I can now see over everyone's heads when I jump! Thanks for helping me set my goals and motivating me to achieve them. See you next summer!!"
Thanks for everything!! Courtney :)
Patricia Wright is a determined woman! She has been training with All Canadian Fitness for the last several months to supplement her workouts with United Family Martial Arts in advance of her Karate Black Belt grading in January, which can last for several hours. In December, she was invited to, and attended, the Toronto Martial Arts Invitational Tournament. She brought home two first place trophies, including one for sparring! Here she is celebrating with Adam and Ernie at The Studio.
Steve Malboeuf has been undergoing All Canadian Fitness' Transform!- Body Transformation program. Although he is an avid runner, he was not seeing the results that he wanted from his training program and needed something to change. By adding a component of strength training and applying the principles of Supportive Eating,In 12 weeks, Steve has been able to lose 8lbs. while gaining muscle as well as losing 2 inches from his waist. He has been showing much more muscle definition and is MUCH stronger than he was 12 weeks ago. Best of all, his running has improved tremendously and he is faster and running much more comfortably. Steve says: "The Transform! program has made the hills of the Around the Bay Road Race absolutely inconsequential. I absolutely cannot believe how much stronger and fitter I feel only 3 months later! I can actually complete my marathon training with relative ease and still play ball hockey with my boys afterwards. This has been a PHENOMENAL program!"
On March 26th, Steve completed his 4th Around the Bay race and took 17 minutes off of his time from last year! His goal of qualifying for the Boston Marathon now looks very possible.
-Steve Malboeuf, 39, Owner- Decorvert Interior Plant Maintenance, amateur Marathon runner and Boston Marathon hopeful.
"You guys have done a fantastic job! From my very first day on the slopes (snowboarding), I felt great and boarded top to bottom in Lake Louise feeling like I was in mid-season form. The balance, core training and strength exercises have really made a difference. After suffering a broken leg last year, it was an especially pleasant surprise. Thanks."
"Golf muscles aren't for sale. They come from the dirt, and from the All Canadian Fitness Studio!"

Also, I got voted into the all-star game this year too. I owe it all to
the increased energy and speed I have from your program."

Vince Hoffman is the hard working, hard playing owner of Freewheel Cycle in Dundas. Vince is a premier mountain bike rider that has competed in downhill and cross country events. Jennifer Scorniaenchi is without a doubt one of the hardest training clients we have ever had the privilege of working with. As she began working towards a soccer scholarship while at Notre Dame High School in Burlington, Ontario, she worked with All Canadian Fitness to overcome injuries and to gain strength and endurance. Her hard work paid off and she won a full scholarship to Indiana University/ Purdue University to play soccer for the Jaguars. As a freshman, she earned a roster spot and continues to train with us in the off-season and continues to prove herself as a junior. She has also earned Academic All-Conference honours as a sophomore. Read more about Jen by clicking the link below:
